黑蒜
材料:
獨籽蒜/蒜頭
做法:
1, 將蒜排在電飯煲內,一層一層排叠好,
關上蓋,按保溫掣( keep warm ) 。
勿再撕開蓋直至完成。
2, 待兩週後即14天後才關掉電掣,那時候所有
蒜子發酵完成呈黑肉蒜子。
3, 待涼後用容器盛載放入冰箱存放食用。

*聽說每天可食1-2 粒。
*注意保存,避免陽光照射和高溫潮濕,最好放入冰箱,
倘若變壞即棄。
*選蒜最好是外衣呈紫色結實為佳。
