白灼牡丹蝦
材料 :
牡丹蝦一磅
醮料 :
蔥花一棵
小蒜粒 4-5 瓣
油 3 湯匙
醬油酌量
胡椒粉酌量
做法 :
1,鍋盛入水,水量要能蓋過全部蝦的,大火煮沸水,
即倒入蝦,水沸兩分鐘即立即撈起。
2,乾鍋倒入油,油熱加入蒜粒、蔥花聞有香味,即熄火倒起,
在小碗內,再加入胡椒粉和醬油醮蝦食。

*牡丹蝦好像又名斑點蝦,水紅色透明的身上有些白點,
非常漂亮,現正合時不妨嘗一嚐。
*好辣的口味在醮料加入紅椒粒更美味。
