蘋果藍莓果醬
材料 :
蘋果 1 個 ( 普通大小即可,去皮去核切碎 )
藍莓 2 杯
薑汁紅糖 1/2 杯
檸檬皮碎 1 湯匙
檸檬汁 2 湯匙
做法 :
1,將全部材料倒入鍋裡煮,一邊煮一邊用木匙攪拌。
2,當汁漸濃改用中火繼續拌煮,直至汁液濃稠,用木匙
劃汁醬而汁醬可分開成一道深痕即可。
分享 :
*用薑汁紅糖增添果醬香味,不喜歡薑汁可選純白糖或純紅糖。
*果醬除塗麵包、薄餅、餅乾外還可用於菜肴上的。
