結天下名廚, 分 烹四海美食,
蜜糖杏仁
材料:
杏仁 500 g
水 2 湯匙
蜜糖 1/2 杯
預備焗盆舖上鋁箔紙
預熱焗爐 160 度C / 350 度 F, 15 分鐘
做法:
1,蜜糖和水放入大碗內完成攪拌混合,倒入杏仁,
攪拌使每粒杏仁也沾上蜜糖。
2,將杏仁舀在焗盆上,杏仁攤開勿重疊,先焗10分鐘,
用長筷子將杏仁翻動攤開再焗10-15分鐘。
3,取出使完全冷卻才可入瓶。( 杏仁乾透才容易脫離鋁箔紙)
分享:
*不用杏仁可改用花生。
*將杏仁舀入焗盆後剩餘的蜜糖仍然可留作其他用途,
勿浪費。或做蛋糕,餅等
