焗排骨
材料:
長段排骨約600g
調味料:
蒜頭四粒(茸)
醬油五湯匙
糖半湯匙
茄醬一湯匙
味霖一湯匙
酒二湯匙
製法:
全部調味料撈勻排骨醃兩三小時,
中間翻一翻使醬汁均勻醃在排骨上。
預熱焗爐
攝氏
250 度或
華氏
425度約15分鐘。
烤盆先鋪上鋁箔紙並抹上少許油,
排列放上排骨首先焗15分鐘,
取出塗上醬汁,反轉再焗15分鐘。
經驗分享:如肉類表面太焦但恐肉不熟,可用鋁箔紙覆蓋再焗。
