小牛肋排
材料:
牛肋排 600g-700g
調味料:
柱侯醬两湯匙
水120ml
紅葱頭(乾葱)两粒切碎
酒少許, 胡椒粉少許
製法:
全部調味料和牛肋排一同放入鍋,
水滾後用中小火,中途要翻一翻,
使所有牛肋排入味,煮至汁濃即可。
