焗腰果
材料 :
腰果 300 g
紅糖 3-4 湯匙 ( Brown Sugar )
水約 l 公升
做法 :
1,高身小鍋盛入水煮沸,倒入腰果水滾轉中小火。
煮至腰果浮面即隔去水。
2,將腰果吸乾水舖在焗盆上,用 120 度 C , 焗 30 分鐘,
中途要用筷子翻動使受熱均勻,當腰果呈淡淡金黃色,
取出待完全涼却即可食用或入瓶了。

*喜歡腰果甜些可加多些糖煮腰果。
*喜歡鹹腰果不加糖改用鹽約一茶匙。
這腰果還可做各種菜色。
