材料:
士多啤喱 16 OZ ( 切粒 )
砂糖 1 杯
檸汁 1 湯匙
無花果 1/2 杯
杏甫小粒 1/4 杯
合桃碎 1/4 杯
預備乾淨客器。倘要存長久時間容器玻
璃瓶先用水煮消毒,瓶乾後倒入果醬封蓋。
做法:
1, 士多啤喱和糖倒在鍋內大火煮溶糖轉
中火煮。
2,將其他材料加入煮,不斷用木匙攪動煮
至醬汁在木匙上可畫出一道清楚的痕
即成。趁熱倒入瓶中。
