葱香椒鹽蝦
材料:
白蝦或老虎蝦 1 磅
( 在蝦背剪開挑去腸,洗淨 )
調味料: ( 混合 )
鹽 1 茶匙
白胡椒粉 1-1/2茶匙
黑胡椒粉 l 茶匙
五香粉 1/4 茶匙
葱段適量
做法:
1,鍋放入水,水沸放入蝦,當水開煮沸即捞起蝦
用厨紙吸亁水份。
2,鍋熱下2 湯匙油,油熱放入蝦兜炒,加入調味
料炒勻片刻加入葱段再炒數下即可上碟。
