材料 :
瑤柱 / 蝦米 半杯
乾葱碎 2湯匙
蒜頭碎 1 湯匙
桂林辣椒醬 3-4 匙
胡椒粉約 1/4 小匙
酒適量
油 3 湯匙
做法 :
l,瑶柱略洗浸軟去水撕碎,硬塊去掉。( 瑶柱水可留作
其他用途 )
2,鍋熱下油、先放入乾葱爆香,加入瑶柱、蒜粒用中小
火炒至瑶柱完全乾身,灒酒,加入辣椒醬、胡椒粉拌炒
均勻,發出香味即可盛起。
3,放入容器涼後放入冰箱存放。
