茄汁蝦
材料:
中蝦一斤
蔥2-3棵
油 1湯匙
茄汁 3 湯匙
幼砂糖 1 湯匙
酒2茶匙
胡椒粉少許
做法:
1,蝦連殼洗淨瀝乾水.
2,鍋下油,油熱倒入蝦炒一炒灒酒即蓋著約3分鐘.
3,打開蓋倒入茄汁糖(先混合),快手炒一炒下蔥段,
加胡椒粉炒勻即上碟.
分享:
*蝦很容易熟所以不要煮太久,否則肉質不爽脆.
*換口味可用鹽 1/2茶匙,胡椒粉 1/2茶匙同炒熟即可.
