薑汁檸蜜
製法:
生薑去皮磨汁每杯加入薑汁1至2茶匙
( 因個人喜好)
從已做好的檸蜜瓶內取出檸檬片2片,
再舀入 1 湯匙蜂蜜。
加入適量暖水飲用。冬天可加入熱水飲用。
( 製造檸檬非常簡單、可参閱檸檬蜜糖水 )
功效:
開胃化痰
抗感冒,驅寒、增加維他命C
生薑排毒、幫助排便
