炒山藥
材料:
山藥半條
小青瓜4條
貓耳朵雲:耳酌量
洋葱絲半個
薑片兩塊
調味料:
鹽半茶匙
酒一湯匙
麻油半茶匙
醬油2茶匙
生粉2茶匙
胡椒粉適量
清水酌量
做法:
l,山藥去皮切條用清水浸備用。
2,青瓜去蒂切件、雲耳洗淨。
3,鍋熱下一湯匙油放入薑片和洋蔥。炒香加入山藥、
青瓜、雲耳、灒酒加鹽和3湯匙水炒勻,蓋上鍋蓋片刻
4,用生粉、醬油、麻油、胡椒粉一湯匙水調勻作芡
5,拌入芡汁炒勻即可。
